Smile Train is an international children’s charity with a sustainable approach to a single, solvable problem: cleft lip and palate. With a sustainable model of training healthcare workers in 70+ countries in cleft care, it’s changing lives the world over.

Thousands of children live in households that go without seven or more of the basic things they need for their well-being and we know it’s not their fault. KidsCan believes education equals opportunity and that every child, regardless of their background, deserves an equal chance in life.

How Donations are determined

For every 10,000 TruRating rating responses, $1 (or the equivalent currency by region) is added to the TruRating charity pot. At the end of each quarter the donations are split equally amongst our charity partners. TruRating reserves the right to make additional voluntary donations to causes outside of our core charities at any given time.
