Day 3 at NRF 2025 – the full event wrap-up  

Wow—what a ride! The TruRating team just wrapped up an unforgettable three days at NRF 2025 in New York City, and what a whirlwind it’s been. The energy, the connections, and the sheer innovation on display made this one for the books. 

One of the standout features of our presence at NRF was our beach-themed booth—yes, you heard that right. Complete with sun, sand, and all the good vibes, it was the perfect backdrop for the exciting tech demos and insightful conversations that took place.

Our beach setting offered attendees a refreshing escape from the busy show floor while also inviting them to dive into the future of customer feedback. Let’s dive into the highlights…

Game-changing innovations

We were thrilled to unveil Tap to Rate, our newest product designed to revolutionize customer feedback. With just a tap of a phone, customers can provide instant quantitative and qualitative insights—anywhere in-store. Watching attendees experience that “aha” moment at our booth was incredible. From rave reviews to big ideas about its future applications, the excitement around this tool has been off the charts. Let’s dive into the highlights…

Our Ratings-on-the-Glass technology, demonstrated with Verifone, also drew big crowds. It was proof positive of TruRating’s commitment to staying ahead of the curve in creating seamless, impactful customer experiences.

Partnerships and milestones 

We celebrated some big wins this week. A standout moment? Welcoming Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions to the TruRating family. This partnership marks an exciting leap forward, as Toshiba’s support will enhance the adoption of our innovative feedback solutions. 

Our partnerships with industry leaders like GK Software, Ingenico, Adyen, ACI Worldwide, and Zipline were also front and center. Collaborating with these innovators reinforces how together, we’re redefining retail experiences. 

And we wanted to say a huge congratulations to our friends at JP Morgan on the launch of their new biometric terminals. Excited to see TruRating pop up on that beautiful interface very soon.

Insights and networking

Networking was the name of the game at NRF 2025—no surprise, since our Tap to Rate booth survey confirmed that 81.82% of attendees said it’s the best part of NRF! Conversations with leaders from Crocs, Burlington, Levi’s and Dollar Tree inspired fresh ideas and set the stage for future collaborations. 

We even had some fun tapping into attendees’ NRF habits: 

  • Average sleep per night during NRF? Just 5.75 hours—we feel that! 
  • Best NRF accessory? A toss-up between water bottles and headphones.

Highlights from the show floor 

Our booth, styled with a beachy vibe, became a must-visit destination—thanks to the energy and passion of our amazing team. From offering complimentary coat checks to hosting demos at Verifone and Kitestring, we made sure attendees experienced our cutting-edge tools in action. 

We also took the opportunity to explore our technology in the real world with visits to TruRating retailers in NYC, including Five Below, JD Sports, the Vessel at Hudson Yards and Squid Game: The Experience NYC. It was rewarding to see our solutions making a real impact.

Wrapping up

As NRF 2025 came to a close, we reflected on an incredible journey of connections, innovation, and shared visions for the future of retail. With evenings spent celebrating at events like the wrap party and PwC Air Party, we made memories to last a lifetime—hangovers excluded.
