What a week in Paris. NRF Europe 2025 brought together more than 15,000 retail professionals from across the globe, making the city the epicenter of innovation, collaboration, and bold ideas. Merging the heritage of Paris Retail Week with the global reach of the National Retail Federation, this was more than an exhibition — it was retail’s collective conversation about the future.
For TruRating, it was an unforgettable few days of connection, learning, and energy. From the moment we “brought the beach to Paris” on day one, the conversations never stopped. Whether at our booth in the Innovators Showcase, on stage, or at after-hours events with our partners Verifone and ACI Worldwide, we saw just how hungry retailers are for solutions that turn everyday customer moments into measurable financial impact.
Forrester recognition

Alongside the event, we were delighted to be named in Forrester’s new report: 2025 NRF Europe Innovators: Retail-Focused Tech Companies To Watch. Curated in partnership with the NRF Innovation Advisory Committee, a panel of investors, operators, and researchers who also oversee the NRF Innovators Showcase, the report highlights a select group of companies solving critical retail problems with proven, scalable solutions.
Why this matters: retail in Europe is on track to grow to €2.7T by 2029, even against a backdrop of macroeconomic uncertainty and rising competition. The report’s selection framework emphasizes pragmatism: solutions that remove friction, deliver measurable value fast, and prove product-market fit across multi-geo footprints.
While many Innovators are applying synthetic data, or computer vision to enhance supply chain and media, our place is at the customer moment of truth, the checkout. By pairing in-the-moment shopper feedback with transaction data, we give operators a unique line of sight into staffing effectiveness, service execution, and assortment fit exactly when spend happens. This isn’t just another VoC layer; it’s the foundation of our Retail Performance Layer, connecting frontline behavior to KPIs like ATV, conversion, and repeat visits.
The highlights from Paris
Day 1: The show floor buzzed with energy as TeamTru kicked off with a splash. Our booth at the Innovators Showcase became a hub for discussions on how retailers can stop guessing and start performing. The Forrester recognition added to the momentum, validating the work we’re doing to help retailers make execution visible and measurable.

Day 2: A packed schedule of sessions and booth conversations kept us on our toes. Retail leaders wanted to dig into one key theme: how to turn real customer moments into measurable outcomes. Our in-the-moment data, tied directly to ATV and conversion, struck a chord with CX, ops, and strategy leaders alike. The day ended on a high note as we joined our brilliant partners Verifone and ACI Worldwide for their after-parties, a reminder that some of the best conversations (and connections) happen once the show floor lights go down.

Day 3: As the show came to a close, we reflected on what truly stood out: the community. From the retailers who shared their stories at Booth T127, to our partners who reminded us that some of the best conversations happen after hours, NRF Europe underscored one thing, this industry thrives on collaboration. In a world of uncertainty, retail’s passion for customers, relentless innovation, and drive to turn challenges into opportunities is inspiring.

Merci, Paris — until next time
We leave NRF Europe energized and grateful, to the NRF team for hosting, to Forrester and the IAC for the recognition, to our partners for celebrating, and to every retailer who came to see how we’re helping brands capture the revenue hiding in plain sight.
